We use collected information to provide and improve our services, facilitate consultation bookings, send automated follow-up communications, generate booking reports for attorneys, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use conversation data to train public AI models.
5. Data Storage
All data collected through Answer'd is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our database infrastructure is hosted in the United States and complies with industry security standards.
Conversation transcripts, lead information, and booking records are stored in our secure database and are accessible only to the law firm associated with that intake. We implement strict access controls to ensure data is never accessible across firms.
6. AI Processing
Ella's conversations are powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o language model. When a lead interacts with Ella, their messages are sent to OpenAI's API for processing to generate Ella's responses. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their API data usage policies. As an API customer, we have opted out of OpenAI using our data for model training.

By providing your phone number to Ella during an intake conversation, you agree to receive SMS appointment confirmations and reminders from the law firm using Answer'd. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
