1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Answer'd LLC's services at answerdai.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Important Disclaimer: Answer'd LLC is not a law firm. Ella is an AI assistant and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed between Answer'd and any end user through the use of our services.

2. Description of Service

Answer'd provides AI-powered client intake automation software for law firms. Our Service includes:

• Ella AI chat widget for law firm websites
• Automated lead qualification and consultation booking
• Calendar integration with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook
• Automated SMS and email follow-up sequences
• Lead reports delivered to attorneys after each booking
• Ella Docs AI-assisted court document preparation

3. Eligibility

Our Service is designed for licensed attorneys and law firms. By using Answer'd, you represent that you are a licensed legal professional or authorized representative of a law firm, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable bar rules and professional conduct standards in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Answer'd offers a free plan with limited usage and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Paid subscriptions automatically renew and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Answer'd to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds after a charge has been processed. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@answerdai.com within 7 days of the charge.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal on your dashboard or by contacting us at hello@answerdai.com. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

8. Ella AI Intake Assistant

Ella is an AI assistant designed to qualify leads and book consultations for law firms. Ella identifies herself as an AI at all times and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring Ella's configuration complies with your jurisdiction's bar rules regarding AI use in legal intake.

You agree to review all consultation bookings made by Ella and to exercise your own professional judgment regarding which leads to pursue. Answer'd is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any lead generated through Ella.

9. Ella Docs — AI Document Preparation

Ella Docs is an AI-assisted court document preparation feature. By using Ella Docs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Ella Docs uses AI to assist with filling court document templates. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all documents generated by Ella Docs before filing, serving, or submitting them to any court, client, or third party. Answer'd does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated document.
• Ella Docs is a productivity tool, not a substitute for attorney review and judgment. You must apply your own professional expertise to verify all generated content.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all client files and documents you upload to Ella Docs are uploaded with proper client authorization and in compliance with applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Uploaded client files are processed solely to fill the requested court document and are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete.
• Filled documents generated by Ella Docs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after they are created. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your own copy of any generated document within that period.
• Answer'd is not liable for any errors in AI-generated documents or any consequences arising from filing documents without proper attorney review.

10. SMS Communications

By using Answer'd, you agree that Ella may send SMS messages to leads who provide their phone number during intake conversations. These messages include booking confirmations and appointment reminders. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SMS communications complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

11. Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar to Answer'd, you authorize Ella to create consultation booking events on your calendar on your behalf. You acknowledge that Answer'd will access your calendar solely for the purpose of checking availability and creating bookings. We do not read, store, or share existing calendar events.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to infringe on the rights of others, to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to misrepresent your identity or professional credentials. You agree to use Ella only in connection with legitimate legal intake activities at a licensed law firm.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Answer'd Service, including Ella, are owned by Answer'd LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Answer'd LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost leads, missed consultations, or errors in AI-generated documents, arising from your use of the Service.

Answer'd's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Answer'd in the 3 months preceding the claim.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Answer'd does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. You use the Service at your own risk.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
